Sorry all. You know what happens when you ASSUME something. I meant suspended from Yahoo Q&A

"Suspended" usually means temporary while "Expelled" is permanent. As far as how long the suspension lasts, it depends on what the crime was and what the school's consequences are.



HAHA! I just read other people's answers and realized that you weren't talking about school suspensions! Funny!

no if ur expelled it is permanent! but t all depends on what u did 2 see how long ur suspended 4 it could b 1 day or a week! it all depends on what u did!

Permanent unless that person sends an appeal to Yahoo and they decide to re-instate it. Otherwise, that person has to create a new Yahoo account to get back into answers.

Actually, it should be called "expelled" as "suspension" just sounds like you get banned for a while.

My first account was suspended 7months ago, I complaine and it was reinstated, and then suspended again...

it's permanent. although, yahoo can reverse it. but, they rarely answer any of the suspension appeals.
