ecspecially when 10% of your problem is being complete opposites(ofcourse we knew & accepted that )20% is financial problems, and 70% (or maybe more) is your in-laws constantly in ALL of your business. And even trying to cause problems between you. A person can only take so much and trust me, I could write a book.

When you can't think of one nice thing about your spouse, and are always angry at him and yet feel nothing inside it may be time to consider some of your options.

There is no absolute time for a divorce. What you and your spouse can do is to see counselors, friends that are divorced, and others (religious leaders, co-workers, etc.) and find out the more about divorce. Remember, divorce is not only the act of splitting up, but also legal stuff gets involved too. Act wisely.

Depends, in the matter of infidelity then asap, abuse - asap.

Once you have tried counciling and you still cannot get along, argue all the time or do not speak to each other at all. and you are miserable then it is time to let go. You should always try every option to save a marriage but after that if you are still not happy then you've got to let it go.

For me, in my 15 miserable, unhappy marriage yrs and counting. I am just waiting for the right person to come along and then thats when I will get a divorce. Until then, I will continue to live in total hell, till this very day.

You will know..in your gut..

I knew it was time when I was no longer worried if I was the right thing to do. I didn't care if I suffered financially or not, i just wanted out. And when you know that it won't bother you if you saw him with someone else that is a definite sign it is time.

I don't think anyone can reasonably answer this. There are so many variables. If you don't think you can keep going, if there is no hope and nothing helps, I would say you have limited options. Take care of you first and things will fall into place.

Oh, dear, I think you´ll never be "absolutely sure" of that. It is a choice like it was getting married.
Think how you felt better: staying as you are or beeing alone.

when you start dreaming how wonderful life will be without him, and since you don't want to lose your freedom it is better to get a divorce
or when you can't stand to be in same room, hear his voice,
or like I was the though of going home gave made me sick

usually a man tries to upset you enough to throw him out. This will ease his conscience. He can always say, "well she threw me out". He than will rush to the other woman convincing himself that is wasn't him, it was you that caused the break up.

It's time for divorce when you feel you are better off without him and there's nothing about him that makes you happy.
