really not like yourself?
I ask because sometimes I really don't like myself. Most of the time I don't mind myself though.

I have felt that way many times.I have discovered that it's all about FLYing...(Finally Loving Yourself)..with all my flaws and imperfections. Realizing that I am unique and deserve to be happy helps in my thinking. I prefer to be happy instead of unhappy. We tend to be our own worst enemies instead of being our own best friends.

Plenty of times. Heck, I'm in arguments all the time. I've gone to jail once for suspected murder when it really heated up. Heck, I hate myself so much, I take it out on people walking by with my spiked club. I like my spiked club. Much more than I like myself.

It happens. When you're not satisfied with something you've done. It's a part of being overly critical, and perfectionist.
