Darius Miles. He got drafted out of highschool becuase his college schollarship required that he get at least a 500 on the SATs and he couldn't even get that. His best was a 430.

Despite the fact that Kobe didnt go to college, he's actually very smart. In Shaq's book, he said that Kobe owned up his SAT's and was a huge bookworm. Obviously, Shaq is pretty dumb because he failed his SAT I. Stupidest all time? Mengke Batteer, the dumbass chinese guy that lasted maybe a year in the NBA. Shawn Bradley comes in a close second.
