Bulletins are how most of us do it. Posting a bulletin will allow all your friends to see it in their bulletins section.

Yes, indeed you can. However, you have to purchase a program that creates and runs scripts over all the profiles. These programs cost anywhere from 30 to 100 dollars and you can download them off of numerous websites. That's why you only see businesses/scam artists using them, because no one's willing to invest in something so frivalous for personal use!!
