Then why isn't Charley being thrown out for implying that Gerry is a paedophile?

OMG has she actually done that! God I hate her! At this rate if they let her out she'll have to go into protective custody! I don't think there's anyone out there who doesn't want to punch her bloody lights out! She has to be the most annoying person that's ever been in BB - surely?!

When are people going to fact the fact that there are no "reality" shows? It's all scripted, planned & decisions are made only to attract & raise the numbers of viewers. I agree with May about all the "pc" hoopla. Life has become so homogenized. The thoughts, behaviors & beliefs are still there, just not allowed to be verbalized. U can't even tell a joke at the office without someone filing a complaint. Look at how on "South Park" EVERYTHING is a target but as soon as the writers broached the subject of The Church of Scientology, Isaac Hayes stormed off the show. If you're gonna dish it out, u gotta be able to take it. I guess he couldn't laugh at himself. Tom Cruise's claws must have a long & firm grip. Poor Katie & Suri. Life on lockdown, but that was her choice......for now. Anyway, I don't think I've ever been able to stomach a whole episode of BB. But that's what the remote is for. Whatever floats your boat. Participants in these shows are laffing all the way to the bank. I do like shows that present some kind of creativity, talent or thought process such as Project Runway, The Lot, American Idol, Top Chef, Hell's Kitchen, whatever the VH1 show is called where they compete about pop culture trivia, etc. Of course all those are not reality either, but they are not Flava Flav, Charm School, Scott Baio, Brett Michaels, Hogan, etc. That's why the production co. is called Mindless Entertainment. Like on Tyra's show ANTM, the girls stand in front of the judges for long hours for the elimination process & it's whittled down to a sound byte. Even that was pointed out on Tyra's talk show. I guess those serve a purpose, but don't mistake it as real life. You live that, not watch it. I don't only watch PBS or Masterpiece Theater either. But I can distinguish the difference between "reality" shows & actual real life. Kids used to grow up thinking their lives were lacking because of how life was portrayed on old shows like Leave It to Beaver. Learn the difference & please make sure your kids learn that also. I've never pranced around the house in a poofy dress, high heels & a strand of pearls gracing my neck till Ward gets home. Not unless it was to participate in some kinky role-playing, lol. Married couples sleeping in twin beds? How ever was lil Ricky ever conceived? Not by Immaculate Conception! Mindless entertainment. Just sit back & take it for what it is. Don't obsess over it, lol. BTW, read a book & learn how to spell everyone. It's P-E-D-O-P-H-I-L-E. Look it up in the d-i-c-t-i-o-n-a-r-y. You can do a search for the Merriam Webster site & there's all types of word games & such that are entertaining & educational. Honest. Check it out. Words can be fascinating & resumes are more impressive when you spell correctly & use the proper terms. Ok, I'm getting off my soap box. Thanks for listening.

when emily said the n word, it not just offended her but also other black people out there and also got a lot of complaints, but when charley called gerry a paedophile she just offended him and is less likely to get complaints. also when charley said that it was her opinion, but with emily, there was no need to be racist.

hope this helps :)

Charley also said N*. If emily says it, then Charley should also be thrown out, even if she is black.
The whole show is rubbish. Everything nowadays is way too politically correct, it makes no sense.

Because Charley never said the word Paedophile.

Double standards indeed, but she already got away with calling Ziggy a pervert, if she had said Gerry was a nonce because he was gay, I reckon she'd have been pulled out, but she only implied it, clever lass, she's too calculating to do it any other way.

Charley can do nothing wrong in the eyes of Big brother, they will do anything to keep her in as they consider the show to be boring without her.

Totally agree but its Charley and she got away with saying the 'N' word on more than one occasion.

A good question! And she didn't even get an official warning - just a pep talk. I am sick of BB protecting her and keeping her in. I am praying very hard that she will be gone on Friday - P L E A S E!!!!!!!

Because if Charley goes there won't be anyone to stir things up in there.

And to make themselves look good after Celebrity Big Brother

As Brian would say ...SHUT UP ... are you so obssessed with Charley that you did not hear what he said...???

He called her a sl*t .... implied all her friends were... and mentioned her mother ....(can't remember exactly what he said about her)

..and he said she liked sleeping with old men ... which is when she said that he likes young boys.. she did not call him a paedophile...

get the facts straight....

he needs to realise that he is not a girl... and can't go around calling girls those sorts of names... then crying when he gets it back... manipulative C*nt...

dr bad
thank you ;-)

I know that you don't like Charley ... and she brings it on herself.... but be fair ... you watched it ... he escalated that ..

but .. thanks for the thumbs down ..in advance ;-)
