No. But it seems to me that the person who told you this is saying that he's getting sick of your talking and that s/he needs some room or to get a away.
My husband didn't say that he was claustrophobic, but he did tell me that my talking about my job all of the time made him feel like "getting away"? (He's a creep...who doesn't want to listen to a mortician talk about her job?)
