It all depends.....
The Term Breaking News does not quite hold the weight that it once did. Stations are very quick to stamp the "Breaking News" title to just about anything anymore.
Just last week I saw this on the news.... It was a report about some heavy rain that went through the area.... The "Breaking News" story was about "How if a lot of rain falls, it can possibly cause flooding of small streams, and creeks"
COME ON NOW!!!!!! I would never put those two circumstances together all by my self..... Thank GOD for Action News and their Super Enhanced Accu-Doppler Storm Tracker 9000!!!!!!!
Actually, Instead of using all that high-tech stuff, they could have just as easy looked out what us Non-Meteorological types like to call a "window," and got the same forecast.

I brake for braking news. That's different.
Breaking news require you to break something.

If something, extremely the different is genuine of that action picture. Broke back Mountain, ultimately, purely served to enhance the stereotype that 2 adult adult males can not attainable love one yet another and that intercourse is the only foundation of any gay dating. i presumed it became a poor action picture. i'm gay. And brazenly gay too. i would not advise that tripe to all of us. It became dreadful. it extremely is a shame that Heath Ledger died even though it became a rotten action picture none the fewer.
