First time I hear of 211. But if you think you have a real emergency dial 911. Otherwise don't because you will get fined.

if u accidentally even dial 911, they send a patrol car to ur house, the officer knocks on the door, asks if theirs a problem, an if there isn't one, he goes away the end â¥
