He lost the case because the level of knowledge from investigation leads to a mind (intelligence) and the mind belong to a non physical being at least in the way we understand physical,and because of it's religious conclusions. The 9th graders as well as all public schools are being indoctrinated with the new secular humanism which leads to self-centeredness which is spelled out in Psalm 2 http://bible.oremus.org/?passage=Psalm+2 Thanks for your comment Ken e. Yes way over here in Australia we have heard of it. To the intelligent designers I say - You'll have to do better than that if you want to teach creationism in public schools. But you can't, becuse creationism is founded on lies.
