Yes - you only have to read Psalm 139 to see that's true. Verses 1 to 6 bring to mind the last time I had laying on of hands for prayer. It wasn't long before I was being lowered to the floor and my arms and head felt like lead. I couldn't control my breathing and tears were flowing freely. If he was with me there and then, I believe he's with me constantly. As for being punished, that's a slightly more difficult area. I'm well aware I fall short of God's standards but any punishment he dishes out (if indeed he does) isn't intended to do me any harm, just set me on the straight and narrow again (see verses 7 to10). I hope this helps.

I hope that if there was a GOD that could watch everyone, that he would avoid looking my way as I cant go to the loo if someone is waiting out side the cubicle!!! never mind actually watching!!!
And of course he doesnt punish us, otherwise there would be lots of evil people who would be suffering from his punishment and I dont see much of that going on.
So
1) I hope not
2) no

God does know everything about us and he knows whats in our hearts. If you ask God to forgive you, and you truly mean it, he will, thats the reason Jesus died on the cross because its not possible for anyone to be sinless, so Jesus dies for us all so that anyone who believes in him will be forgiven. And if you did I don't think God will punish you, although I do believe God would punish a group of people, i.e. part of a country, but as I said just ask for forgiveness and I believe you will get it, because Gods loves you as he does everyone and doesn't want to punish you.
Hope this helps you out

That would have to be about as miraculous as us even being here, As God is the name of a being, thing, Alien, or a thought that none of us have a clue about it would be impossible for anybody to say yes or no, But miracles do happen and we are here so who knows maybe s/he does keep a daily diary of our good deeds and our sins.

If god is the right hemisphere of your brain, your creative side, then yes. The punishment is really just a logical reaction to your actions.

I dont really believe in a God as such, but I do believe that Karma decides our rights and wrongs, even if all the effects seem to happen only in our minds

There are approximately 300billion stars in our galaxy, lots of that have planets and countless of those planets have moons. There are approximately 300billion different galaxies available, all with billions of planets and moons. it is amazingly probably that between those 1000's of billions of planets and moons there is different life someplace else in the universe with billions of representatives. On our planet on my own there are greater advantageous than a million species and of our species on my own there are almost seven billion representatives. With all that to tension approximately, why might any god have the slightest pastime in my intercourse life?

As long as he doesn't watch me on the loo, that would need some serious punishment of the bad things i do in there!

Religion is a form of animal husbandry to control people through fear and punishment paradigms. But, then again, God would not have made them sheep if He did not want them sheared. : )

That depends very much on whether you believe in god. If you do, that unconcious restraint may make you a better person, however, it may just be your own concience screaming at you!
