Who would you talk to if you dialed 211?

I think it was last year i hed nothing to do i was dialing like 1471 or 141 i might have dialed 211 i didnt say any think and put the phone down and then i pick the phone up they was still on the other end of the phone

if you want help you should call 911 not 211
