Can you open your browser, Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc. and get on the Internet? If so, then your Internet connection is working and you should be able to send/receive E-mail.

There are times that my E-mail will not work resulting in an error message, but I can return to it later and it does work. If this is not the case, you will have to call your Internet Sevice Provider and they will go over with you your Account settings to get it working again.
