I am looking for case precedent for a Small Claims judgement I won that is being appealed. Rule 76A would allow me to motion for a dismissal and a 25% penalty for delay tatics.

Thanks

Rules for filing the motion for dismissal would be on the court website.... you probably don't need case precedent for that if the rule is statutory (or a court rule).

Most legal databases charge for access. I think LoisLaw allows a limited time free access (http://www.loislaw.com)
