It depends on how you create the scenes. You can create very long scenes or very short scenes. There are some plays that only have one scene in them and can last for three hours.

The problem with answering this clearly is what a scene is very subjective. There are certain elements that go into a scene and an act. Study what those are first to determine how to create your scenes.

The short answer is "too long."
Plays aren't movies. Unless the scenes flow directly from one to the next as in Shakespeare, 15 breaks in the action in each act will make it seem long, even if the scenes and breaks themselves are short.

depends on two factors 1. how many pages long the play is, I usually estimate 11/2 tp 2 min. per page 2 how quickly does the play move from scene to scene. It it moves without waiting for scenery and prop changes (like Shakespeare usually does) it wont add any time to the run of the play, but if there are waits for scenery, props or costume changes, it could add lots of boring time to the run of the play.
