Just keep up with the maintenance. Oil changes are probably the most important. Don't forget about all the other things, like the brakes, flushing the coolant, transmission fluid, and washing and waxing the car to keep it from rusting.

I have a very simple way of keeping my engine clean, the remaining car wash water. I simply toss it over the engine, making sure to miss the alternator and then rinse it off.

Good luck!!!

Personally, I just don't see a V6 lastin for 200K miles. Thro keepin the engine(tranny/transfer case) oil changed will definitely help. As well as the other proper maintain items.

Good luck!

If your "check engine" light ever comes on, get it checked! Keep your oil fresh. Don't run the engine at high RPM.
