I have this awful looking moisture on the inside of some of my windows.

You have lost the seal, I dont know if they can be repaired, probably have to replace them

Double pane windows usually have a gas between the panes. Yours has a broken seal. It can be professionally repaired. Not a DIY project.

You can't without taking the panes apart. You have an air leak that allowed air to get in and condense, hence the fog.

Well Kim, the answer is not cheap, but will save you money in the long run. I replaced all my widows with a very efficient insulated window. Check with you local home store or check on-line. www.simonton.com has the windows I installed, but look around.
