We have had laws in every society, and every society is corrupt.

When a criminaly goes to steal they think, can I get away with this without the police being able to pin it on me?

They never think, will the owner hunt me down and cut my fingers off after I rob his shop?

I think if we dropped all laws, Just like the animal kingdom, we would keep on going, existing.

doing bad things would be possible, but someone would get you back, just like how when you do bad now and are caught you go to jail.

I think no man, has the right to limit another man.

i dont think it will be chaos, because most ppl naturally are good hearted.

I think its what we should strive for.

say all you like about laws keeping peace and order, but they do the oppisite too.

I think if a 19 yr old, wants to screw her 17 yr bf, she should be allowed.
Society differs.

I think if i wanna piss outside in my yard, i have that right.

what man is so great that he chooses our rights?

why, should we have laws?

Mary B...Your a girl.

I'm a guy.

I don't think you could beat me up, but I think we should have the right.

Sure I'm sure ppl would get beat up a bit more, but ppl with lots of friends, know whoever kicked their ***, is gonna be in for some major ****, and most people would avoid these type of men.

I think I would be safe.

So what if you get hurt on a job? There is no compensation, if your afraid of getting hurt, you simply don't work there.

You think Lions give more meat to the poor lioness who got bucked into the sky by a wielderbeast and broke her ankle?

the male Lions are smarter, they simply don't risk much. they don't hunt, they get others to do it for them.

There will always be people taking risks, dangerous risks, it wouldn't be a risk if you got paid everytime something messed up.

Interesting question. The Libertarians have believed that to some extent for many years. Laws may actually teach people to be less responsible for themselves. Teenage curfew laws annoy me because they replace parental authority with governmental authority, mainly because parents are too lazy to parent.

Also look up Henry David Thoreau, who said "The character inherent in the American people has done all that has been accomplished; and it would have done somewhat more, if the government had not sometimes got in its way."

it would have to be gradual, i think, i mean the way you put it, it sounds right, no man should limit another man. i think that works with things like marijuana laws. why should senator X be able to tell civilian X that he can't smoke pot. but if every single law was repealed today, and all police were forced to retire, i think every store would be robbed, businesses would become corrupt, and people would suffer. your comparison to the animal kingdom is slightly inaccurate. our way of life is not that simple. monkeys don't need laws that make sure they get compensation if they get hurt on the job.

Society could only function without laws if it were based on enlightened self-interest and mutual respect and tolerance.

Humanity as a society and as as species is not there yet.

For an interesting 'what if' on a human society without laws, read James P Hogans "Voyage from Yesteryear".

I think that laws are the only thing keeping people like me from beating up people like you for fun.

You assume that my screen name is Marry B that I'm a girl? You really do believe everything you read don't you?
