Not easy at all! I hold on will all that I am until I have no other course but to let go....It always sucks :)

It depends on the thing, if I like it and I'm interested in it, I'll not let it go easy from me, but if something really hurt me or bother me, I can get rid of it very quickly!

was just talking to my soulmate about this last night..how easy for me to let things go compared to when I was younger..I guess..I do have found some Peace within..It s uch easier to forgive now..
