Alright and all right are correct, but a lot is two words. A and lot.
Alot is just how we say it.
DO NOT WRITE IT in formal writing.
Another thing.
Depending on the writing (( lets say a writing test in school... )), you may or may not want to use a lot at all. Alright is fine since there aren't large amounts of synonyms for it.
But a lot you could use many different, more elaborate words.

Rather than "a lot" (or "alot" as you've written), use the term "numerous" or "several" and cite your examples.
Rather than "all right" (or "alright" as you've written), use words like "well" or "good" or "bad" and go on to define what these specifically mean in your writing.
Try to avoid subjective terms in your composition; be specific and objective.
