No. Arabia is a peninsula of the landmass of Eurasia. It's considered part of Asia.
It was originally part of Africa, before it collided with Asia and the Red Sea opened up, but that was tens of millions of years ago.

Depends if you are talking of "arabia" as a geographic or cultural entity. Geographically, Arabia is Asian, or Middle Eastern. Culturally, "Arabia" extends into Egypt, Somalia and other parts of Africa as well as Turkey. (It once extended as far as Spain).
