Yea, like OJ was proven guilty? NO thanks, I don't need another OJ jury to tell me what to think.

The unemployed druggie cousin that Michael laid the blame on for the dogfighting operation did not have the necessary funds to finance such a costly venture as BAD NEWZ Kennels. I have read the indictment, that is enough for me. Michael Vick is a monster and he deserves to pay dearly for his participation in this charming Kennel.

He bought this house for his 'cousin' in 2001, early in his career --- immediately after he received his first payola from the NFL. This BAD NEWZ Kennel was established that same year. Isn't just lovely that this is what he chose to do with the first real money he had ever had in his LIFE?? I don't think he would be so generous with his cousin with the first taste of money that he had ever gotten if he didn't have a motive for doing so.

BTW, he is not just labeled as a dog fighter. He is also labeled as an abuser and dog murderer, as he starved, tortured, electrocuted, hung, shot, and slammed to the ground repeatedly until they were dead dogs that would NOT fight.

He needs to be suspended until his jail term begins. Then, as another poster mentioned, he can change his nickname from Okie to Vickie.

Michael Vick is a monster and speaking as an Atlantan, I don't want him affiliated with our local NFL team. Everytime see his face I will picture dead tortured dogs.

Innocent untill Proven guilty. You have to be kidding? The Federal Government has stepped in. They have a conviction ratio of over %95-%98. They wouldn't have filed an inditment against him. If they weren't %100 accurate. Vick is a sick man. Not just for this cae but other actions he's been apart of. Waterbottle, flipping the finger twice, gave a woman genital herpes. Read the papers on Vick. The letter is over 16 pages on things about Vick and the dog fighting. There are 6 wittnesses against Vick. The NFL wouldn't miss him. He's an awful person and a bad qb. It's ashame that this didn't come out earlier. At least the Falcons would still have Matt Schaub.

Why is everyone labeling Bonds as a "'roid Taker" already?
Innocent until Proven guilty.

I am niether a Vick fan nor a Bonds fan, the only reason I dont want Bonds to break the record is because I like Hank Aaron

Also, Vick is a(n) (in)famous NFL player who makes a ton of money, and is medocre at best.

Well, The Virginia Prosecutors office searched a house purchased by MICHEAL VICK, there they found 20 dogs (many of which had scars that are obtained in fighting), Blood soaked Rags, Implaments/Equiptment used in and for the training of Fighting Dogs, The Have information from informants and associates OF Vick who have stated that Vick was DEEPLY involved in the Running/Operation of the Fighting dog Kennel and Training of fighting Dogs. and Vick has am apparent Lengthy history in the "sport".... Most is Circumstantial Evidence, but it was clearly enough to convince the Grand Jury to issue indictments. I think whats clear, if anything is clear, is that Vick did sumthing Bad, What exactly, we haveta wait and see, but clearly, he did sumthing bad and Wrong. And Personally, I think He did EXACTLY what they are sayign he did and the sadist should be Expelled from the League, For good.

Innocent until proven guilty only applies in a court of law. The press are free to convict anyone charged with a crime, and often do so without knowing all the facts.

To me he is an animal abuser. I'm sorry, but I don't care if he has not be proven innocent or guilty yet, he is guilty. There is too much against him to prove otherwise. He is a sick man that needs to be punished.

In my opinion this will turn out like the Duke lacrosse case. He's catch a lot of heat for something it will probably turn out he'll get off innocent for.

Because alot of the fighting took place on his property, there were 66 dogs on his property, a rape machine on his property, dead dogs on his property, so he is responsible for illegal acts that take place on his property
