Do you have to get a certain no of pts in a certain area or is it answering a certain no of questions..... ......or what is it?

I think its best to concentrate on a specific category ... people who answer in too many different sections are probbly not top contributors in any ... which makes perfect sense..

stay in one category and answer as many qs as your alowed a day if you dont get a badge then at least youve levelrd up i woke up one morning a level 2 with my shiney
i think it was because i only answer here only the odd one else where

Well wit, charm and a few brown envelopes seems to help mate. But I'm with the red head, it just arrived one morning. I think someone said you need at least 10% of ba in a specific catergory.

You have to have a high number of answers in a particular category, and you also need to have a "Best Answer" percentage of 10% (or higher) in that category.

you need to have 10% best answers, I'm not sure if they have to be in the same subject though.
