Download and install "Recuva" and "Undelete Plus" from www.snapfiles.com,those are the most populer.

You may have difficulty recovering the file because as soon as you write/download a file to the disk it could overwrite the very file you want to recover.
The way I do it is to put it on another system as a slave drive then use a file recovery tool
