Do you get wet walking through fog? Only if there is also a mist. But if you drove through fog at 100mph (certainly not a good idea) in a convertible with the top down, which is also about the speed you would be dropping skydiving, yes, you would get wet from all the small, visible water droplets hitting you. Clouds are the same thing as fog, except that we only call it "fog" if the "cloud" is very near the ground.
However, there's even more to the story. Even in the summer, the temperature reaches freezing at relatively low altitudes. For example, the temperature reached freezing at about 12,000 feet over Pittsburgh at 8AM this morning. (I checked the sounding.) So most of the year, if you're at any altitude much above the ground, the cloud will consist of FROZEN ice particles, which would not get you "wet" as you passed through. ;D
Go ahead and give "Best Answer" to hm3, though. I like his humor and humility!

Cloud is composed of minute water dropets and ice crystals. The water droplets can be at temperatures above 0°C or supercooled at temperatures below 0°C. If you fall through supercooled water droplets, they will freeze on on contact and you will get a layer of ice. If the freezing level is high enough, this will melt before you reach the ground and you will be wet. If you fall through ordinary water droplets, you will collect millions of them which will wet you.
Should the cloud be big enough to have raindrops inside you will get very wet a lot quicker than you would with just the cloud droplets.

If you fall through a cloud you WILL get wet. A cloud is made of evaporated water molecules, and they will collect and condense on your body as you fall through the cloud. However, just how wet you get depends on the size of the cloud.
