I am going to be visiting my Jewish friends around Rosh Hashanah this year, and wanted to know if I will be interfering with their celebration and/or if they will be fasting. Please share any information you can. Thank you.

It is a Happy New Year for Jewish.
They should not work on this day.
They dipped apple and bread in honey and eat.

Rosh Hashanah is the Jewish New Year. It begins the Ten Days of Penitence that end with Yom Kippur—Day of Atonement, a solemn festival characterized by fasting and self-examination.
