Is Scotland guilty of making more terrorists in the world? How did they do it?

Scotland is part of the UK. The UK is seen by Al Qaeda as one of the occupiers of Iraq and Afghanistan. It presumably was done because it was seen as soft target (i.e. not London) and also to make ALL UK citizens feel they may be targeted, not just English people/Londoners.

Plus a disproportionately large part of the British army is made of Scottish regiments.

It is because Scotland is unfortunate in the way that terrorists hate the UK and most Western nations, and Scotland is part of the UK. I would like to see them pick a fight with the Scots. The Scots are some of the toughest and most brutal fighters on Earth and they are not my first choice of people to mess around with. The Irish are probably the 2nd toughest.
