Here is the story; I left for work the other day and the toilet overflowed (w/ clean water) However the water ran out alll day and we've been vacuming it and the carpets are pretty much dry, however I was wondering if their is any thing that draw the moisture left over from the carpet out. Also the wood baseboards and whatnot have absorb some water. Does anyone have any "tricks" or anything that helps draw the moisture out? I will try anything. Thank you, you tips are appreciated.

Unless you can get your hands on a dehumidifier an electric fan or two might be what you need.

There is a product called damp rid that is moisture absorbing crystals. But, usually, that's used in a closet or a china cabinet or something small in area. I think for a whole room, it would be too expensive.

Turn on your air conditioner and use a dehumidifier in the bathroom. Both of these will draw out moisture. The use of fans to have plenty of air movement added to this process will remove and draw out moisture.
