coffee has a bad habit of 'disappearing' when left unattended. it might be that pesky hamburglar needs something to wash down his sandwich with...

tea for me please - iced or chai, whatever's not selling today!

I don't think it makes much difference, so far as caffeine is concerned. But there's always the fine powder of the grounds in coffee, however you make it. So I used to be addicted to coffee, but now drink it more rarely - perhaps a couple of times a week, and then only pure Moccha; and now it tastes better than ever. Meanwhile I drink lots of ordinary water, and occasional cups of black tea every couple of days or three (and I mean black - Lapsang Soochong, Russian Caravan) or more rarely green tea, which is supposed to discourage cancer (I mostly discourage it by ignoring it - that seems to work!) Mint tea is good for nausea, like chewing ginger.

Coffee is the greatest..... I love it .... But it hurts ya in tye long run ... I have the stomach of a 90 year old woman lol. And im 24!. If you can find a tea that you really like try and stick with that. Tea has antioxidants in it! Its much much better for you.

Personally I would vote for coffee....when I drink tea it gives me nausea. Some people get along with tea ok. You should try both off and on and see which suits you better. I read tea has tannic acid or some such ingrediant that does not aggree with some people.

Have a fun and safe week yourself

Tea is so much better to enjoy. There is no boredom, because of all the tropical blends, colors (black, green white teas) which are high in antioxidants. On hot days tea being versatile makes an enjoyable cool drink. Have you tried cold peach tea? It will knock your socks off.

go with the tea, its more beneficial and healthy
coffee is good for when you need to maybe write a paper or you NEED to stay up for whatever reason

coffee has so many calories, especially if you get starbucks, and the caffeine will be too much when it gets into your system, it messes with your brain to send transmitters and on a day to day basis your body will get weaker without it. it also stains your teeth.enjoy it on a cold day every once in a while i suppose.

tea on the other hand is very good way to dilute toxins found in your system and its been proven scientifically to make someone get slimmer. it helps prevent against sorts of diseases. also helps your digestive system.

Its summer... I'd stick with tea. Give coffee another chance once with weather cools back down.

Stick to tea it's better for you, even if not by much. Most still have caffine if that's what you are looking for in it. If you are bored with one kind try another. Tea's never let me down even when I tried coffee.

Give coffee another chance- go to a nice coffee shop and try a properly made one and see if you like it then, if you don't like it then go back to tea, it's still a nice drink.
