I dunno, but if you are playing with "someone special", I play by some very kinky house rules!
One thing you can do is earn money or property by doing sexual favors.. ; D

i play by...you can buy after u go around the board 1 time, free parking goes up $100 everytime some one lands on it the max is $500 and it stays that way, if u roll 3 times and u get doubles u go 2 jail, we dont play with $1's we round the property lets say $26 u have to pay $25 or if its $18 u pay $20...when we start we get 2 $500, 4 of everything else except 1's

All house rules I have ever encountered increase the luck element of the game and make it harder to bankrupt the other players. This results in a tedious deadlock. If *must* try a variation download the first official variant from Parker Brothers "Stock Exchange." You'll find it here: http://www.hasbro.com/common/instruct/StockExchangegame.pdf
You'll need to add three Chance cards and three Community Chest cards that say, "Advance to Stock Exchange" to complete the set.

this is an old one you probably already know. this is the way we have always played the game.,
first start with $200.00 from the banks money, add any fines payed by players not to the bank, but instead placed in the center of the board. until.....
a person landing on the "free parking" space wins that pool.
spike the next pool by adding $200.00 from the bank again.

Just the usual
$400 for a natural land on GO
Three doubles in a row and your in jail
All fines go into the center so when you land of Free Parking, you win it

We play that if you land on go you get $400 instead of $200

put luxury tax and income tax on free parking plus additional 500 dollors; and uneven building where you dont have to build houses/ hotels only when you have all of the same colors, and unlimited houses and hotels and sell back houwses for half price

putting $500 and the money from paying cards and luxury tax in the middle and who ever lands on free parking gets it.
