Ok, of course that question was just a joke, but after reading this article it's just kind of eerie how dead on accurate this turned out to be. This was written nine months before September 11th and two years before the war in Iraq.

A person, yes, Clinton turned down an offer for Bin Laden, but so did Bush. The Saudi government offered Bin Laden to the US government in early 2001, but they ignored it.

Where did you come up with that one?
The only offer of Bin Laden to Bush administration was from teh Taliban and that was if we would leave the Taliban alone and let them keep ruling Afghanistan.
How could the Saudi's offer up Bin Laden When he hadn't been there in years.

Clinton signs an agreement with North Korea to stop pursuing nukes in exchange for billions of dollars in US aid. All the while North Korea was pursuing nukes with our aid because there was no oversite in the bill. That is Bush's fault?
Clinton puts his head in the sand over terrorism. Downsizes the CIA, FBI and military so we do not have solid intel. That is Bush's fault?
Clinton has several opportunities to take bin laden and does not. That is Bush's fault?

Neither. If you study history and human nature, and LISTEN without an agenda about what you want to have happen, it's often easy to project the general course a politician or political group will follow--and what the consequences will bbe.
