I have couple of questions, first, I have lot of hair near my penis so is it ok to have sex with hairs because once I shaved but after sometime when it started growing again it hurts like someone is poking a small niddle on my penis..lol. So I never shave. Is this normal?

Leave the hair natural. Much sexier that way. Shaved men look like they haven't gone through puberty yet.

Excess hair around your penis isn't abnormal. If the hair around your penis is causing your partner some irritation, triming it isn't a bad idea. If you do shave it down to the skin, be sure to put some kind of shaving balm (not aftershave) on your skin to keep it from feeling irritated. A lot of men DO shave their pubic hairs for any number of reasons. One is to show off more penis, but the main reason is because the hairs get in the way. They wrap around the head, and get caught in the foreskin. this is mighty annoying, especially when you're trying to drive, or walk, or do anything, and your pubic hair is causing you a lot of misery. Oh yeah, I know all about this. Been there done that...got the tee shirt too.
If you shave the area, you'll have to keep at it to prevent the lil hairs from growing back as if they were spikes. DON'T use a depilitory such as Nair or a chemical hair removal. Trust me on this one, it'll make you hop around a toad with it's butt on fire. The reason this might not seem normal to some men, is because they don't have really long hair down there.

You might want to trim some, but don't shave. I find a man who shaves down there to be quite unattractive.
