Like Duke Cunningham, Duncan Hunter has taken enormous amounts of money from the military industrial complex. Hunter was smart enough to use official campaign accounts - other than that - what's the difference?

Are Feingold and McCain the last honest men in the Senate? It goes in all directions of the political compass. Start with the Watergate Committee that was manned by the biggest recipients of Big Oil money in the 70's. We have committees of drunks, plagiarists, and petty criminals examining the moral qualifications of judges. We rarely go through a legislative session without a congressman being forced to resign. Pedophilia, money laundering, expense account fraud, and hate crimes have been reported. Congressmen that are almost always absent are rarely criticized. The line is way out there, but people like Gary Condit and Randall Cunningham jumped way past it.
