Kind of three questions in one:
a) On page 50 of the 7/23/07 Sports Illustrated, what is Lauren Jackson (#15 in green) wearing around her neck?
b) Why is she wearing it?
c) The rules (rule 2, sec. 2b) prohibit neck jewelry--so how is this legal?
