Ralph Nader adheres to no religion. His parents immigrated from the Christian community of Lebanon, but I believe they were free thinkers also.

Ironically, Nader ACTS more like a true Christian than any of them.

Atheists don’t care what religion a candidate follows just as long as that candidate follows the Constitution and doesn’t intend to use the government in order to try to force those beliefs on others.

I think they would vote for the Best person to them in Government. Religion, i don't think come into Politics unless it is one that could control a Presidents decision including the House and Senate's decisions.

Why do you assume that religious people just vote based on religion? That's ridiculous. It's just as ridiculous as assuming that atheists do.

The one who's back-ground depicts the truth,and not the rhetorical sputterings about religious faith,and moral fiber. There's nothing worse than a lying hypocrite..!

The one who's least obnoxious about his/her beliefs. Or the ones who have the policies that closest match my moral values.

Just because I'm agnostic doesn't mean I'm not a moral person. In fact, I often think fundamentalism makes it harder for one to be a moral person.

It's a question of 'what' they vote for, not who. And my guess is they vote for politics then, and not religion. Like everyone should

The best canidate. Atheists do not assume just because someone is foolish enough to beleive in ghosts they can not be president.

Ron Paul is a Protestant of some sort but he definitely does NOT wear his religion on his sleeve. esp. on issues of abortion and gay marriage.
