the biggest problem is organised religion - people using their faith in a god that isn't there to justifying their prejudice and hatred of others which leads to war sooner or later. if each person stood up to be counted on their own they would have a lot to answer for.
have you noticed that the people who encourage others to kill themselves and others for ' gods' sake never do it themselves - they recruit but they don't put their bombs where their mouth is.
everyone has a basic duty to live their life the best it can be lived . be the best they can be with their own ability however limited and improve where they can. the next duty is to help others to do the same.
if enough of us do this we will evolve

The biggest problem in the world is the Illuminati and the evil Vatican/pope, and brainwashing/dumbing down people to the point of apathy.

Intolerance & Greed - I think they link to most of the worlds problems. Plus laziness doesn't help either, we have to WANT to stand up and face these problems .. Talking isn't enough, we have to turn our words into actions ..
Thank You!
& Best Wishes

Too many people. No watchdogs for those people seeking power over others.
Too much hiding of information. Why would farmers in the bread baskets of the world be paid to soil bank (ie: not raise crops) when people elsewhere are starving?
Why are people shot & killed for asking the wrong questions?
Why is it morally wrong to start or participate in war, but justifiable to provoke or start one in someone else's country to keep them from supposedly attacking your country? (CIA replies not wanted)

I think a real big problem is people's lack of intent to question their own beliefs and their passive acceptance of the status quo

I think it's the influence of the devil. Wars and contentions are things he himself said he would start. He's doing a pretty substantial job of it too. I mean just pick up a newspaper. The good news is he will lose the battle to win the crown. That will reside with our Heavenly Father. Men's choices are a close relative of the problems in the world today too.
