i cant speculate like you are at this point in the offseason. but i will say this, the nuggets, clippers, warriors, lakers, hornets, rockets, and blazers (yeah thats right) will all be competing for those last 3-4 spots. the jazz will be good, but number 3 over dallas i'm not so sure. i'm also not so sure about the suns unless they make a couple moves to improve their depth. overall the west is going to be even tougher this year than last.

This is kinda hard..you can't assume that pretty much all the teams from last year make it (that's why there's something called the NBA Lottery for the teams that missed the playoffs). Who knows, we may see Portland in there in high numbers.
