need help identifying a vintage padlock.?

Question

Found an old lock.. looks like it accepts a skeleton key and it has the word Deitz written on the front. The shackle has the number 213 written on it and there is a semi-intricate design on the body of the lock. If anyone can give me ANY info on the company, or the lock itself, or anything you deem useful, it is greatly appreciated.

I have found the name Deitz connected to railroad lanterns. Maybe they padlocks for the railroad too.
