are in fear of god and so thats why they work hard and worship him just because they are afraid of what god would do to them? so they are worshiping out of fear?

That's the idea sweetheart. That is called the "X theory". See either you love god and worship him, or you fear god and worship him, you are in the end WORSHIPING him, that's what is required of you. And it is perfectly alright to fear god, and if you believe in god, you gotta fear him automatically. Because we are so helpless and among his other things, like natural forces. See when we were kids, we loved our parents, but we also feared them, that if we do something bad, hell will break loose! so we behaved, right. this is pretty much the same.

Fear is so very negative.
I worship God for all the positives I receive.

Those who do are under misconceptions. These are the people that think that because they reluctantly sit through church services, they'll automatically go to heaven. They don't realize that heaven isn't the ONLY reason for being religious, and neither is fear of retribution.
