I was parked with two wheels on the kerb over a single yellow line outside the hours of opperation and got a fixed penalty fine. Was it the wheels on the kerb that done it?

yes it is illegal, pavements are for people not cars,vans, lorries or anything else thats meant to be on the road, that was selfish parking of you, do you expect mothers with pushchairs or the elderly/disabled in their motorised scooters to use the road so that you can park were you jolly well please, pay the ticket and dont do it again..

Yep I think so luv as it's obstructing the pavement for padestrians or something like that xx
