I just set up my 24 gal NANO with about 27 pounds of live rock in 3 peices.... there are little green slugs not even an inch long coming off of it. I think they are Nudi Branches iand i know stuff is supposed to come of my rock i just need to know what they are...

the look like little green pickles and have things coming off the top of them

they could be flatworms and in some cases condidered parasitic. try to identify them on wetwebmedia.com If they are flatworms removing them gently with tweezers should be fine.

ADDITION if you can post a pic i could help you identifying them.
