a 10 ft high fence around your entire property would do the trick....some neighbors are just generally nosy---I live in the country across the street from an elderly couple in a log cabin...well, every time I come out in my front yard to work on a project, the old couple comes out, and gets into chairs in their driveway close to their house. As I keep working, they keep moving their chairs further and further UP their driveway and closer to where I am across the road... In no time, the two of them are sitting on the end of the driveway ALMOST right in the road just so they can watch what I'm doing.... I made a picnic table last year and they stayed out there till I got the very last nail---(by the way I still use that picnic table).... So, you either have to just ACCEPT that you have nosy neighbors OR block your property from view....making FRIENDS with them if you aren't ALREADY FRIENDS might actually make them MORE NOSY---

Stage the most outrageous events you can imagine to shock the heck out them.
Nothing loud or disruptive, and nothing illegal.
But a convincing murder scene in the style of Alfred Hitchcock's "Rear Window" will keep them occupied for a long time. If they call the cops on you then you can explain the situation and let the police go back over and explain things to the neighbors.
Try and have fun with it. Heck bring in a goat and a circus act of midget acrobats. Keep them guessing.

Take them some donuts with a card, that says " wasn't sure what to get you, as a friendly neighborly gift, but i heard people who conduct surveillance on others, generally prefer donuts, so here you are!"

go get a toy gun spray paint it black and then point it at them whenever there spying do it a couple times then get rid of it if that doesnt work then u can call the cops go and curse them out or just tell them that ur tired of it and ull call the cops or u can do the same to them and tipi there house

The best way is to make them your friends. If that won't work, try to protect your privacy with plants, curtains, whatever works best for you. Good luck.
