Ok let me rephrase this question, Are there smoke shops in Vancouver similar to the smoke shops in Amsterdam where you can buy a "product" and try it out at that location, then get some food to wash it down??

There was that one that was open for a very, very brief time. Then as soon as word got out, as soon as it was on the news, the cops raided the place and charge all owners and employees with trafficking. Then city hall revoked their business license. If there are more, they aren't as open about it.

Now that I think about it, I think this has happened at least twice, and years have passed. The problem with the internet is they sensationalize the story and leave. The cops can come in and shut it down the next day, but "Pot cafe shut down" doesn't make as big of an international splash as "Pot Cafe open"

You could show up and find one. But it isn't legal, and could be busted at any time. As a foreigner I would think twice on if you want to get mixed up in this sort of thing outside of your own country.

Like mentioned, you aren't allowed to smoke ANYTHING inside in BC. The best you can do legally is come buy some Cuban cigars. But you have to smoke them here, you can't legally bring them back.

No, you won't find anything like that anywhere in North America. All of Canada is now non smoking in public places, sorry.
