I am finishing up my new house, and was wondering where I can purchase solar attic fan and gable fan?

You didn't mention where you were located, but Home Depot, Lowes and Menards sell solar attic fans. I am not aware of a solar gable fan, mounting for the solar panel may be tricky.

Save your money and place proper ventilation in the roof and eaves to create cross ventilation from the eaves to the roof vents.
Check with the local building codes for the ratio of roof area to ventilator area.
