I seriously think it's possessed. It keeps dialing the 8 and * keys by itself. It also jumps to and from different menus by itself. I have no control over this phone. It's brand new, I just bought it yesterday. I haven't dropped it, gotten it wet, or exposed it to anything that would scramble it. The store I bought it from is closed today, so I have to wait til tomorrow to take it back. In the meantime, what's going on with the phone and what should I do about it?

I had the same problem with 2 RAZR phones back to back and my dad had the same problem with his.... everybody kept yellin at me take the battery out. It might work, but 99% of the time it wont. you'er just gonna have to take the phone back and get a new RAZR or just a new phone all together. i hope u got warranty or insurance, cuz i didnt. so i just bought a whole new phone all together.

Try taking the battery out and waiting a few seconds and putting it back in.

i feel the phone might be used or else u should have pressed these buttons quite hard and what must have happened is the button must be hit inside and not releASED SO IT IS CONSTANLY PERFORMING THE SAME PRESED NOS OPERATIONS
ANYHOW TRY TAKING IT TO THE SHOP AND GET THAT EXCHANEGD OR REPAIRED
