No, I do not like the man at all. He said he enjoyed shoving womens heads in toilets in some of his movies and that is pathological, its sick, nobody would get off on something like that, but he does. He supports Enron's fraudulent criminal deregulation of California's electricity market so they could steal billions of dollars from us, he is in the pocket of big business. And not just big business, but criminal rip off artists like the late (if he actually did die) Ken Lay. Yes, I fear that his youthful love for the Nazi Party may continue today.

First of all, no statutory bill can override the constitutional requirement for being a natural born citizen. So, it would take a constitution amendment.

Second of all, the constitution -- as well as all common sense -- says that a person cannot be punished for the actions of his parents. So, even if your claims that his father was a Nazi were true -- that says nothing about him or what he believes.

No, having lived in California since the beginning of his term as governor there, I don't think he is a Nazi or has that kind of agenda. I think he is a mediocre politician, who sometimes makes bad choices, but is more committed to trying to make things work than any particular party ideology. Still, I think he's not particularly qualified to serve as a national executive, and that his understand of the legal world is almost as bad as some other president's we've suffered through.

Arnold is not allowed to run for president and it is unlikely that a two-thirds majority of the legislature would vote to amend the Constitution just to allow him to run. I sincerely doubt that he personally has a secret Nazi agenda, whatever his father did in WWII.

Assuming we amend the Constitution to allow foreign-born citizens torun for the Presidency, I cannot say I would vote for him without comparing him to competing candidates.

He wouldn't be out of the question, because politically, he certainly seems to be handling Californias problems effectively.

As for his father's past experience's with the Nazi Party, that has little to do with Arnold's beliefs. One cannot hold someone responsible for the 'sins of the father' as it were.

There is no such thing as the 'Arnold' bill. Non-natural born citizens cannot hold the office of the President of the United States per the constitution. It would take a constitutional ammendment for him to become president. It's highly unlikely.
The second two parts of your question are ridiculous.

Arnold Schwarzenegger cannot become the president of the United States because he's not an American born citizen.

It would take more than passing a bill. It would require a constitutional amendment. Can you honestly imagine Congress passing or states ratifying an amendment allowing foreign-born people to become president of the US? Never going to happen.

His chances of becoming president are ZERO. We are not going to amend the constitution to allow foreign born people to be president, and he is not even that popular in California at the moment. It doesn't matter what agenda he has, because he is never going to be president.

The Founding Fathers had a good reason to put in the Native Born clause.

This is a republican-foisted idea, much like revoking the 22nd Amenement for a two-term limit (this was done about the time of Ronnie to keep him in office)

So, with all that past, how about jumping on Obama's eligibility to be president. He is not legally a citizen of America because Hawaii is not a legal state of America.
