My ex and I dated for about a year and four months it was going great but he always hinted he really didn't want to spend time together so after a couple months I decided to end it. At the time we decided we should be friends but once I told him I was dating someone else he lost it and said he didn't want to be friends. At the time I was fine with it but now as I sit and think about it I feel really guilty about the whole thing and miss him. I mean i want to be friends we always promised we would be friends but now it's too late. I think i'll be fine in a bit but why am i feeling like this? I absolutely don't have feeling for him anymore. I love my new boyfriend.

You are a human being that's why. Breaking up with someone is hard on you emotionally because you hurt someone's feelings or you miss the companionship. You may not miss that person but you may miss the times you had in the relationship.
