Human mind is very inquisitive by nature specially so when it beholds something for the first time. Eye contact is probably best form of communication where one can put across the thoughts dwelling in the mind without so much as speaking a word and at the same time get / grab a lot many informations too about the subject. But all the gazing, even with hunter's eyes, is OK if it conveys the better side of the human nature and the moment it turns into a stare it may advertise wrong intentions or motives. Although sometimes, however voluntary or involuntarily, staring does become use-full and acceptable if it is aimed with selfless motives and meets with the subject's approval. In such cases one has to be very care-full not to have any predetermined and mollified intentions.

One has to remember that sometimes the looks have sharper edge then any blunt form of vocabulary or actions and that the looks are equally capable of curing as well as hurting.

So my dear, it is not gaze, stare, Hunter's eyes or for that matter any form of looking, which decides how well it can be accepted but what lies behind that makes it so. In any case one who does not like being stared at never ever does so himself only to prove that " EYES ARE THE MIRROR FOR OUR THOUGHTS AND DOORS FOR THE OTHERS SO THAT THEY CAN MARK A PATH BETWEEN TWO HEARTS"

Once I gazed at a junior a few times during his recruitment in my compnay and do you know what he told me later ?

The junior when he got to know me better and knew that I was quite friendly told me : When you gaze at us, we feel scared !

So even if you look in others' eyes or even gaze sometimes be careful and do it judiciously since he or she should not start getting ideas due to your gazing.

They say "eyes speak a lot about a person".

I don't know about that but a good eye-contact with the other person does help in successful communication.

Open eyes, yes but 'hunter's' eyes no.

You attract what you expect. If you suspect that someone is your enemy then they will probably turn out to be. If you treat someone with kindness and innoncence then it will probably be returned.

Its not a perfect causal relationship, (what is?) but the more you treat people with suspicion then the more they will distrust you and downward goes the spiral...
