Plenty of us do. It would, of course, depend on what you mean by that. For example, there are organizations dedicated to protecting our First Amendment rights, our Second Amendment rights, etc. Which rights are you specifically concerned with? Do a web search and you will probably find any number of organizations who are dedicated to it.

Look hoss, we not only stand up for AMERICAN RIGHTS, but we have the reputation of standing up for the rights of other countries as well. My father lost an arm in Germany in WW2 fighting for the rights/freedoms of Europe. My twin uncles lost their lives (1 KIA, 1 MIA) fighting for the rights/freedoms of S. Koreans.
Screw with MY rights, bubba, and I'll be all over you like white on rice!
Maybe YOU need to grow the spine instead of WHINING !! What have YOU done about YOUR rights? That's what I thought...NOTHING. Oh what rights have you lost? Can you be specific?
