I keep getting this message when trying to connect to the internet on my new phone; "the remote party has ended this connection"..........what does that mean? and how to do I fix it

I wasn't the one who set this phone up, I went to cingular... the guy took it out the box, did a bunch of stuff and then handed it back to me. So I dont know anything about codes, passwords, configurations nothing. So basically...if you say it in tech talk i'll be totally lost. Thnxs

THE WIFI connection or the GPRS connection u r trying to access is not allowing u permission
so u must enter the network code or the passwords and user name correctly and try again it should work fine
even though user name or password it may not prompt u u might have stored in a wrong one so now enter the correct one by finding them from menu and should work fine
